Heating can be obtained by using a separate heat exchanger and using an electric or gas water heater, which can also be used for domestic hot water needs.
The NEW heat-pump version provides cooling and reverse-cycle heating, when needed, eliminating the need for an extra water heating source.
Accessories
Circulation Pump
All accessories, such as chilled-water fan coils, solenoid valves, thermostats, expansion tanks, KITEC hoses and fittings are available as well. Chillers have a built-in circulation pump rated for 50' maximum head pressure. If your system designs need more than this an optional add on in-line hydronic pump may be added in to the water loop to boost pressure.

The CWA2 and CWA4 water cooled/heated ducted fan coils for multi-position applications in closet, attic, garage, or basement. Electric heat strips are optional on all sizes and are indicated as the -XX part of the model number. Just replace -XX with the heat strip size needed. Aerosys H2O - Ducted

Units are factory new. 115 or 230 Volts. Chilled Water ducted fan coils. The DCW Series of chilled water air handlers are designed to operate with centrally supplied chilled water source. Units are rated for use with 42ºF, 45ºF and 48ºF entering water temperatures in the cooling mode. These systems can also be used as a heating system when supplied with hot water instead of the chilled water. Units are rated for use with inlet hot water temperatures from 120ºF to 180ºF. These units are not recommended for leaving air temperatures over 140ºF. Low RPM blowers provide quiet operation, Multi 3-speed motors are field selectable for the application requirements, Powder coated cabinet for a durable finish. Multiaqua Mini-Chiller Benefits
No Refrigerant Handling
No Ductwork
No need to charge with refrigerant. The closed refrigerant system does away with the need for installation technicians that are certified to handle refrigerants. Because there are no refrigerant lines, installation costs are lower vs standard split systems. Cooling and heating with Multiaqua means running small, flexible, water pipes into the space within the walls, directly to the indoor chilled-water fan coils, without giving up hundreds of square feet of useable or living space to ductwork.

Adjustable Water Temperature
Because insulated water lines carry the cooling capacity in the system. This is a more efficient unit delivering rated capacity to all of the conditioned spaces day after day.
Chillers are preset with water temperature at 44°F and can be adjusted down to 40°F water temperature, or up higher if desired.
Zoned Cooling And Heating
Ultra High Efficiency
With Multiaqua chilled water fan coils, you condition only the spaces you designate -not the whole house as opposed to a traditional central system. This fact allows for diversity and load shifting (For example, 10 tons of indoor coils may be hooked up to a 5 Ton chiller.) when doing load and sizing calculations, initially reducing installed cost as well as operating costs for years to come.
The Multiaqua Chiller contains the Copeland Compliant Scroll, a 20 CHEER compressor; simply the most efficient, quiet, reliable compressor available. If you already have a chilled water system and just need to add on, or replace current fan coils, the Multiaqua fan coils will work.
Fan Coils

The Multiaqua Non-ducted Fan Coils -  have worldwide recognition for quiet, reliable operation and have a reputation for sleek, seamless design. These chilled water fan coils can be operated from a central thermostat or can have individual controls, infrared remotes or hard-wired controls. Sizes are available from 9,000 BTU to 55,000 BTU. .

What You Will Need
Multiaqua Chiller/SpacePak Chiller
Fan Coils
The heart of the chilled water system. This is where the cooling of the water takes place. In the heat-pump version, heating also takes place inside this unit. The chiller can be located a distance away from the main structure to reduce sound levels inside. Just be sure to accurately account for the extra pressure loss due to using longer runs of pipe. The circulation pump is also inside this unit. Be sure the use the proper percentage of glycol in the water loop to prevent freezing The wall mounted fan coils come standard with a wireless remote control for each unit. From the remote, you can control temperature, fan speed, vane direction and cooling/off/heat mode. There are also universal mount fan coils that can mount low on the wall, near the floor, or up on the ceiling. Also, the ceiling concealed hide-away fan coil is perfect for installing in a closet, or dropped ceiling. SpacePak high velocity fan coils have been very successful with chiller installations. If you need a different type of fan coil, other than what is in the Multiaqua line, other brands will work with this system too. Tubing
Solenoid Valves
Use either copper tubing with insulation, or composite tubing, such as Vanguard PEX, or KITEC with a built-in vapor barrier. Just remember that your supply and return tubing needs to be insulated.
These electronically control the flow of cooled or heated liquid solution to each fan coil. Each fan coil needs to have an electronic solenoid valve. 3-way solenoid valves are preferred over two way valves, because you can keep system pressures fairly constant by sending water to the return line when the fan coil is not calling for cool or heat.
Bypass Valve
Expansion Tank
This is used to relieve system pressure from the supply to the return, as system fan coil valves are opened and closed. This valve should be installed near the beginning of the water loop, close to the chiller. In addition to a bypass valve 3-way solenoid valves are recommended over 2-way valves.
Used to compensate for the expansion and contraction of liquid in the system. The included air-scoop eliminates air entrained in the system. In addition to the air removal in the expansion tank, you will also need to be certain that you bleed the air from all the bleeder valves in the entire system during the initial start-up, or pump failure will occur.
Storage Tank
.
This is used in systems that will contain a total of less than 25 gallons of liquid solution. The tank prevents rapid cycling of the compressor. It must also be insulated. Use 25 gallons minimum for 3 and 4-ton systems and use 25-30 gallons of storage per 5-tons. .
