Zone-Line 3900 series PTAC units are brand new with a full manufacturer's warranty. These units offer cooling and heating with reverse cycle heat pump heating and back-up auxiliary electric heat strips. The internal condensate removal system pumps condensation in the heat pump mode from the drain pan forward to a collector tray above the indoor coil and it drips onto the warm indoor coil where it is evaporated into the room too keep heating humidity up. These models feature a universal heater and depending on the power connection cord you choose, the heat output varies. Power cords are available in 15 amp(2.5KW), 20 amp (3.45KW) and 30 amp (5KW).
