Pre-charged for 10' of lineset. Scroll compressors are available in 3-ton. Designed for "thru-the-wall" recessed applications such as garden and high rise apartments, gables in attics, or high rise condos. Requires less copper piping and tubing than standard ground floor units. Compatible with most indoor fan coils. Optional architectural louvers available, standard grille is included. Attic and closet fan coils available too. Also available in heat-pump versions. Circuit sizes/wire gauge: 15 amp(14ga) for 18, 20 amp(12ga) for 24, 25 amp(12ga) for 30, 30 amp(10ga) for 36. Zoned Multiaqua high efficiency mini-chilled water systems contain the highest efficiency compressor and provide reliable individual room temperature control, superior energy savings and easy installation. Heating can be obtained by using either the heat-pump chiller, or by using a standard electric or gas water heater hooked in to the water loop, or a heat exchanger transferring the heat to the water loop by using a boiler.
